Other things to note Noise Disclosure: This unit is part of a three-unit building, and you may occasionally hear sounds from neighbors, such as conversations, TV, or cleaning. No Parties or Indoor Smoking: To keep the space peaceful and fresh for everyone, parties and smoking indoors aren’t allowed. A $400 fine applies for either. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly and do not leave on the ground. Pets Are Welcome: We’re happy to host your furry friends! Just let us know at the time of booking so we can prepare accordingly. Firewood: Planning to use the fireplace or firepit? Please bring your own firewood, as we don’t supply it. Kitchen Basics: You’ll find a few essentials like oil, salt, and pepper. For anything more, feel free to bring your favorite ingredients. Starter Supplies: We provide a small supply of toilet paper and paper towels to get you started. If you need more, the Atlantic Superstore is just down the road and has everything you might need.
