Authentic house with heated pool, 8 pers

The house is situated in a small hamlet, 8 km from a town with all amenities, in a rural setting with views over the Pyrenees and the rolling countryside. In the garden is a large pool with terrace, trampoline, volley, ping-pong, foot, darts... The house has 4 bedrooms and a mezzanine for 2 extra guests. (2 extra guests only during winter). There are some neighbours, so ideally for a calm holiday. The space The house has 4 spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, cosy living room and a game room with billiard table and tabletop football. There is a large garden with heated pool (26° until end of september) and terrace with bbq. There is central heating during the colder months with a maximum of 15l/day. (for a comfortable warm house). Wood for the woodburner, bed linen and bath towels are included. Guest access Our guests can use the whole house. Other things to note We offer you a local wine and some vegetables from our garden during the season when you stay for min a week.
