Casa Piramide: 2 bed house, private pool, king bed

Welcome to Casa Piramide... your own private paradise in walking distance from the warm beaches of the Mexican Pacific coast. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom house has been renovated in December of 2020 and features a completely private backyard swimming pool with pyramid waterfall (the pool is deep,) one genuine king-size bed, one queen-sized bed, private balcony, well equipped kitchen, living room with TV, WiFi, front-yard garden and more. Located a 5 minute walk from the beach. The space The most unique feature of this house is definitely the impressive Mayan Tikal inspired pyramid-shaped waterfall that flows into the private swimming pool located in the backyard of the property. The swimming pool area is surrounded by high walls and tall plants to provide the maximum level of privacy. The swimming pool is exclusively for guests (it is not shared ) features a colorful furnished patio and a large umbrella for guests who desire some shade. Like the majority of swimming pools in the area, this pool is not heated because the region’s climate is warm most of the year. The house is not shared with other people. The house primarily accommodates up to 4 people because there are simply 2 beds (but if 3 people/young children want to share the king bed, 5 people might fit.) In 2023, we have now added a new larger air conditioner unit in the first floor living room and kitchen area. Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. When you first arrive at the house, you will walk past the a lush colorful garden on your way toward the front door of the house. The first floor features a spacious and comfortable furnished living room with a large 50-inch flatscreen smart television, dining area, full kitchen, and full bathroom. There are no extra beds or sleeping arrangements in the living room. The second floor features two fully furnished bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a large private balcony overlooking the swimming pool. One bedroom features a genuine king-sized bed and the other bedroom is appointed with a queen-sized bed. Both beds have bamboo linens, which are very soft and comfortable. The WiFi works well and the internet speed is 10 mbps (the fastest available in the area.) Much of decor inside the house and the style of the pyramid waterfall next to the swimming pool is inspired by Mexico’s pre-Colombian cultures. The swimming pool is deep... as deep as 2 meters / 7 feet. The length and width of the swimming pool is 6x2.6 meters / 20x9 feet. Guest access Guests have complete privacy and use of the entire house, private backyard patio and swimming pool. This house is not shared. The entire property is available for your private use. This property features self-check-in with a keypad code. The check-in instructions are sent to guests in an e-mail. If you do not receive the e-mail or you cannot find it, please let us know as soon as possible. Other things to note The internet speed is 300 mbps. The length and width of the swimming pool is 6x2.6 meters / 20x9 feet. The swimming pool is deep... as deep as 2 meters / 7 feet. The swimming pool is not heated. There is a nice beach just a five minute walk away and there are great restaurants in town that are also in walking distance. If you have a car or rental car... feel free to park on the sidewalk immediately in front of the house. This sidewalk is private property and is part of the house. The street is not very busy and there is plenty of space to park. The area is not risky or dangerous for parking your vehicle there overnight. Please do NOT park in the street as to block other vehicles that need to pass through, park on the sidewalk. The gardener/pool attendant comes to work on the gardens and swimming pool on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday between 10 and 13:00 h . There is one security camera outside in the front of the house facing the street. This camera only temporarily records video when it detects motion. It does not record audio. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the house or in the back of the house near the swimming pool. If you have any questions or concerns about any devices, please contact your host. For guests staying more than a few days: Please be aware that I do not provide guests with an unlimited supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, soap and other consumable items because doing so encourages guests to consume them irresponsibly and without moderation. I have confirmed with Airbnb that providing “essentials” does not equate to an unlimited quantity of consumable products. If you consume all of the provided toilet paper and garbage bags, please purchase your own. Thank you. There is a landline telephone available that provides unlimited free calls to Canada and the USA. The TV mounted on the wall in the living room is a smart TV so you can access your Netflix account, YouTube, and other streaming services on it. The TV is enabled to connect with and/or mirror your smart phone media. The garbage is picked up by the city on the street in front of the house on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday between 8:00 and 12:00. This house features solar panels to reduce the cost of electricity. To turn on the fan/light in the dining area: Press the bottom button on the wall light switch located next to the stairs. On the black remote control, press the power button.
