The space This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area with a smart TV and WiFi, and plenty of room for everyone to unwind. Enjoy slow mornings with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or end the day with a soothing soak in your private screened-in pool. Pool and spa heating are available upon request for an additional fee. Inside, the open-concept kitchen offers everything you need—upgraded appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials whether you’re preparing a simple meal or cooking for the whole family. The dining area provides seating for six, making it a perfect space to gather after a day exploring Citrus County. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with luxurious bedding, a private ensuite bathroom, a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers two comfortable beds ideal for kids or additional guests. Guests have full access to the entire home, with the exception of a locked owner’s storage room. There is a car parked in the garage, but guests are welcome to use the garage space. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a 4th bedroom in the home that is locked for the owners' private belongings. There is a car in the garage, but guests will be able to access the garage. Please note: Minimum check-in age is 21. No pets allowed. No smoking indoors (outdoor smoking is okay), and no parties.
