The Cottage was renovated in 2021 with modern design choices throughout to create the perfect space for a family gathering, weekend retreat, remote working or a well-deserved vacation. The Main floor Bedroom on 1st Flr with 2 Twin Beds, Access to Main Floor Bath w Shower (grey accent wall in photos) Guest access The Cottage is on a secluded wooded lot that is surrounded by other cottages along the south shore of Lake Muksoka. The Cottage has a long private driveway with 6+ parking spots available. Please do not drive/park on non-plowed/grass areas in the front of the Cottage. Other things to note PETS: Furry Friends are considered. Non-shedding dogs under 50 lbs are preferred. SEPTIC TANK: We are on a septic tank system. You can only flush toilet paper down the toilets. You CANNOT flush baby wipes, hand sanitizing wipes, paper towels, tampons, etc. or the holding tank grinder will jam. It is $500 service call if septic grinder jams because unauthorized items have been flushed. The holding tank and grinder are checked upon each renter's Check Out. EVENTS WITH OVER 10 GUESTS: Small events with over 10 people (i.e., weddings) must be pre-authorized and booked directly with us. An additional $350 event fee is charged plus extra guest fee. A security deposit for any damage is collected.
