EXECUTIVE CONDO on GOLF COURSE CLOSE to the OCEAN. This spacious Casita is situated on the 5th Tee of the Lomas Santa Fe Country Club Golf Course with beautiful views up and down the fairways. Sip your morning coffee at the bistro table under a sun-umbrella and watch the golfers tee off right in front of you (applaud their good shots and they sometimes raise a club in appreciation). The space The Casita is part of a double dwelling but is completely private. It comprises a Spacious Master Bedroom w/roomy walk-in shower, a comfortable Living Area, second smaller bedroom, a modern fully equipped Kitchen w/brand new Oven/Hob, large refrigerator and many convenient appliances. Included is Wi-Fi and Internet, 55" Smart TV Roku enabled to access umpteen shows and streaming services. There is no shortage of cupboard space in the Casita with a large built-in cupboard plus free-standing cupboard in the master bedroom, plus two chests of drawers. More drawers in the living-room's large coffee table and side tables cupboards plus dining server. The second small bedroom (which guests sometimes use as an office, has a large cupboard, a day bed plus large desk. This is a hikers haven with many hiking trails close by like Annie's Canyon & San Dieguito Lagoon. But happily we're out of earshot of the notoriously noisy Amtrak & Coaster. We are one exit from Del Mar and the Fair Grounds, County Fair and Del Mar Horse Show. There is easy freeway access to downtown, Legoland, Carlsbad Flower Show & the strawberry & corn fields. Our guests tell us that this truly does feel like "their home away from home".
