The new pool/beach bar is open 11 am - 5 pm to serve you refreshing cold beverages throughout the day! Then there's the highly recommended, finer dining restaurant the resort has to offer, Caribbean Fish Market (aka "CFM" per the locals!), known for its mouth watering seafood dishes, open for dinner nightly, as well as for Sunday brunch with bottomless Mimosas or Bloody Mary's! If you choose to the leave the resort, you are only minutes away from the conveniences of Red Hook... shopping, grocery, bars, restaurants, ferry/barge to St. John, postal service, and medical center. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: The nightly rate is based on 4 guests, additional guests are $35/night per person, maximum of 6 persons (no more than 4 adults). If you cancel the reservation by written notice at any time prior to the date that is sixty (60)** days prior to commencement of the rental period, we will refund all monies paid thus far, minus a processing fee of 3.5% if reservation deposit was paid by credit card.
