This renovated woodland condo is in a quiet area of Bryce Resort, near Lake Laura. Come enjoy the woodland serenity from the entry deck. Entry to this condo is from the rear of the building on ground level. Located within the Bryce Resort community, this condo is about 2.5 miles from the Resort’s main lodge and ski/bike lifts, and 1 mile from the Basye Community Store, Smiley's Ice Cream & mini-golf, Pale Fire Brewing, and the Burn Barrel Tavern. The space FEATURES & AMENITIES: The living area includes a comfortable loveseat and two chairs, a small electric fireplace, and a smart TV. Watch your favorite TV shows and movies with your preferred streaming providers. The EFFICIENCY kitchen and dining area located adjacent and open to the living area. The kitchen includes basic cookware, tableware, a refrigerator, microwave, a NutriChef mini-oven with hot plates, and a drip coffee maker (filters provided, but please bring your favorite roast/flavor). The large bedroom has a queen bed, trundle bed (2 twins) and a full bathroom. Sleeps four comfortably. The condo is equipped with bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls toilet paper per bathroom, two dishwasher tabs, five trash bags, one bath trash bag per bathroom, one paper towel roll, one kitchen dish towel, one travel-size dish soap, and one scrubby pad. We encourage guests with large groups, or who are staying several nights, or who are heavy users of consumable supplies to bring extra supplies or purchase them at the local Basye Community Store. WiFi internet is provided by 150mbps service, which is ample for working, video conferencing, web browsing, and TV streaming on many devices. OTHER NOTABLES: Pets are NOT permitted. Parking is limited at this property; if your reservation will have more than two cars, please park extra vehicles in the Overflow Area beyond Townhome 18B. Please park vehicles perpendicularly - no parallel parking please. This property does NOT have an outdoor hot tub or fire pit. It DOES have an electric outdoor grill. This property does NOT have a full size range/oven for cooking large meals. Guests have unlimited seasonal access to the Bryce Mountain Escapes pool at our check-in office (2565 Orkney Grade, Mount Jackson, VA 22842), which is about 1.9 miles from this property. See pictures of our pool in the unit listing. It’s open 9am-5pm, Monday through Saturday between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Quiet hours after 10:00pm and before 8:00am are strongly enforced by the local security and police. MOUNTAIN & VALLEY FUN: Bryce Resort offers many activities and features throughout the year, including snow skiing/boarding, snow tubing, golf, Lake Laura swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding, paddle boating, and kayaking, and a thrill-filled lift-accessed mountain bike park. Guest access This is a self-check-in property. Guests will receive Check-in Instructions via email seven days prior to the arrival date, or immediately if booking within seven days. The Check-in Instructions include the property address, driving directions, a unique Key Code, WiFi log-in credentials, and other important preparatory information. Access the condo via 30 steps down from the parking area from the REAR of the building (please take stairs alongside the building to the ground level). Please use caution during the winter months - steps may be icy. Please use handrails, ice melt and shovels (provided) if necessary.
