You'll enjoy the entire private, brand new, walk-out lower 3 bedroom guest home with its own entrance & beautiful full-size kitchen with high-quality finishes. Amazing views of mountains & perfect for anyone who loves the outdoors! Located near hiking/biking trails, great restaurants, shopping, & amazing Utah attractions like boating, golf, & everything you love about Utah! We have a beautiful home up on the mountain surrounded by trees and gorgeous views of the mountains and the valley. Great hiking, skiing, mountain biking, parks and canyons walking distance from the home. Lots of tasty restaurants and great shopping near by as both Little Cottonwood Canyon and Big Cottonwood Canyon. The Airbnb property is in a very nice neighborhood and all neighbors are long time residents. A top priority is respect for the neighbors and their properties. We are very close to public transportation that goes to all the ski areas. Uber and shuttles are also available very easy and safe. We have off street parking at the top left of the driveway for one vehicle. Due to snow plow and neighborly respect we don't offer street parking.
