Guests should be respectful of their neighbours at all times and should monitor their noise levels. Quiet Hours are in place from 10:00pm - 8:00am. No pets and no parties or unauthorised guests are allowed on property. Please turn off the climate controls when you are not in the villa. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to AirBNB. Please note that the pool is not managed by us and so we cannot oversee its maintenance. You may on occasions find the pool dirty which is out of our control. (Please be aware that as Trinidad is a tropical country that there are sometimes possibilities of insects flying in especially during rainy days or if lights are left on during the night with the doors open )
