Guest access We have a keypad on the front door so there is no need to go to any check in office. Other things to note We hope you have a wonderful stay in our condo. We love escaping the hustle and bustle of the city life and we hope you do as well. All we ask is that you treat and care for the condo as you would expect for your own. * No parties * No more than 8 guests are allowed to stay (we get fined if caught and can lose our license). * All guests must be 25+ years old unless with parents * For any repairs/issues, we will do our best to fix asap, but most non-emergency issues will be taken care of after departure. * The community pool and hot tubs are generally closed in late April / most of May until Memorial Day and then about 3 weeks in late Oct into early Nov.
