Dock accommodates 40 foot boat. MLW six feet. The space Waterfront with pier and sunset views. Large deck with ample seating and large dining table. Guest access Guests will enjoy the entire two-level house situated on one-half acre on the water. Water access via the dock with paddle board and kayak available for your enjoyment. Other things to note There is a sailboat and power boat moored at the dock. During your stay someone may access the sailboat on the dock. We promise any disruption will be minimal. Due to COVID 19 we ask guest to be responsible and keep risks to a minimum. We ask you follow all local, state and federal health guidelines to protect yourself, others and to prevent the spread of COVID 19. Gathering should be limited to 10 or less people. Wash hands frequently and wear a mask when social distancing is not possible. If you exhibit any signs or symptoms of Covid 19, please contact your doctor immediately for advice and instructions. At this time no parties or events are allowed at the house. Parties/events held at the house will need written preapproval via the Airbnb app. A party fee ( depending on the scope of the event) and a "party deposit" fee may be applicable.
