Kenny & Monica This home is beautifully located on the intercostal waterway while still being a short walk to the beach. The second and third floor decks provide the perfect setting for morning coffee, midday sunbathing, and sunset drinks. The wildlife activity is constant and very entertaining. The interior allows for multiple seating options, including both an 8-person and 4-person dining tables. The third floor is perfect for lounging in one of five armchairs, the reclining armchair, or the couch. Each bedroom includes a closet, with guests in the master suite having access to a walk-in closet. The back deck off the master suite has a full outdoor seating area and a hammock. The first floor and third floors have half bathrooms while the second floor has two full bathrooms with showers. The kitchen comes fully equipped with cooking and entertaining needs, coffee maker, and dishwasher. As a guest at CasaDelSol you will have the entire house to yourself. Please help yourself to use of the two-car garage (operated using the manual buttons inside). Access to the home will be through the main front door, using an access code assigned after booking. All other doors have a deadbolt but no key assigned for them. This way, with the front door access code, you won’t have to worry about locking yourself out :) We are available for you during your stay. Simply use the Airbnb app and we will respond to all your questions/comments/requests in a timely manner and do everything we can to make your stay with us a memorable and enjoyable one. Surf City has a laid back vibe while still providing plenty of options for your stay. Grocery stores include an IGA on the island (9 minute walk) and Food Lion, Publix & Harris Teeter are a short drive away on the mainland side of the bridge. Walking to the beach, shops, dining locations are all very convenient. House rules include: No Pets No Smoking of any kind (vape, cigarettes, weed, pipe, etc) No parties over the number of approved guests If something is broken, stained, or otherwise damaged, please let us know immediately so we can rectify it for the next guest.
