Welcome to your home away from home! This home has all the essentials you need for a relaxing vacation or a place to work remotely. A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this home overlooks a greenbelt for maximum privacy and serenity. The space This custom-built home is spacious and airy with vaulted ceilings, large windows, updated finishes, and central air conditioning. There are 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and sleeps 6-8 people comfortably. The master bedroom offers a king bed and an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are connected by a Jack and Jill bath and can accommodate 4 more people with a queen-sized bed and a twin over twin trundle bed. A half bath is conveniently located downstairs. Two more twin-sized folding mattresses are available upon request. We offer a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishware, utensils, and cooking staples like spices, oil and vinegar. The washer and dryer are available for your use. Detergent and fabric softener are provided. If needed, cleaning supplies can be found under the kitchen sink, and a broom and vacuum are in the entryway closet. Additional towels and linens can be found in the hallway closet upstairs. There are 3 smart TVs throughout the house. The following streaming devices are included free of charge: Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Apple TV+ and Discovery+. Distance from: SeaTac International Airport - 72 miles Seattle - 80 miles Olympia - 35 miles Shelton - 12 miles Olympic National Forest - 20 miles Alderbrook Resort and Spa - 2 miles Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, except the garage and one supply closet. There is a black lockbox to the right of the front door. Guests will be given the access code prior to check-in. The house is professionally cleaned and disinfected between guests. All linens and towels are freshly laundered and sanitized. Other things to note Identification: A valid ID is required at the time of the booking request for all guests on the reservation. Any guests without valid ID will not be allowed on the property. Parking: You’re welcome to park in the driveway in front of the garage. There’s enough room for approximately 4 cars and ample room for an RV/camper or boat. Wifi: Highspeed internet is available for all your streaming needs. The wifi password can be found in the house manual on the kitchen island. First Aid and Safety: Here are some first aid and safety items throughout the house: Fire extinguisher – cabinet to the right of the dishwasher Emergency Flashlights and Lantern – (1) in the dining room and (1) in the master bath – plugged in and doubles as nightlights, (1) battery-operated lantern in the drawer to the right of the dishwasher. First aid kit – drawer to the right of the dishwasher Parking: You’re welcome to park in front of the garage. Street parking is not permitted. The driveway fits approximately 4 cars and lots of room for an RV/camper or boat. The garage is not accessible to guests. Wifi: The wifi password is on the kitchen fridge. Cellphone reception can sometimes be an issue depending on the carrier. Use wifi communication if possible. Thermostat: The home has central heat and air conditioning, and the thermostat is comfortably set between 70 and 74 degrees. The control panel is in the hallway near the half bath. Some thermostat features may be locked. If you run into any issues, please feel free to contact us anytime. Fireplace: The gas fireplace is currently unavailable. The neighborhood: You are welcome to explore the neighborhood. The amenities and golf course are available for guest use. Golf fees are not included in your booking. The green belt and creek behind the home can be enjoyed safely from the deck or side yard. For your safety, please refrain from venturing into this area behind the home. There is a steep drop-off into the creek bed. There are many nearby trails to explore. Please reach out if you’d like some suggestions.
