The space Three bedrooms have one full-size bed each, a dresser and closet. Master Bedroom has a queen-size bed and an attached private bath. Freshly laundered sheets and bath towels. Property thoroughly cleaned before each new guest arrival. Ring Cam System monitors front two entrances and pool area for safety and security. Guest access Guests have full access to house and property. Other things to note Check in: 3:00 pm Check out: Before/By 10:00 am. Housekeeper arrives promptly at 10:00 am. Request for early check in/late checkout may be considered. If available, a $25 per hour fee for each hour requested will be charged. Two hours maximum. Discount: Extended stays may be considered. Guest locks themselves out: $50 service call fee charged. DO NOT tamper with/unplug security cameras = fined $150 per camera fee changed.
