You must log in with your account. We do not have cable. Firepit- There is sometimes leftover wood or a pallet in the fire pit to burn during your stay. If not, please find or bring your own wood/fire starter supplies. We have neighbors on the left side of us only. They have 2 small inside dogs that they let out periodically that you may see/hear. We have routine quarterly pest control services. That being said, Florida is notorious for small bugs and critters to find their way in doors. While it’s not common, it is something that can happen from time to time. This updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath POOL house is at the end of a quiet and safe cul-de-sac and offers pool volleyball & floats/toys. It also has a nice open floor plan with soft COMFY beds of various sizes including one king with en suite bathroom, one queen, two twin beds, one crib, and a Graco pack n play. The king suite has a Beautyrest Black Hybrid 14" foam mattress and relaxing pool view, the queen bed has a 2" memory foam mattress topper and a PROJECTOR to stream shows/movies, and the "kids room" has books & toys to entertain the kiddos. The kitchen is fully stocked & has extras like a coffee/tea station, air fryer, panini maker, and more! The entire house is baby proofed with outlet covers and kitchen cabinet locks are in the kitchen island drawer if needed. The 4 ft tall pool fence before the pool entrance is locked upon your arrival for child safety. There are also alarms on the doors leading to the pool deck for added peace of mind. The home is equipped with a water softener/filtration system to provide the best water quality in town! There is a washer/dryer with laundry soap & basic toiletries in the bathrooms. Both bathrooms also have a bidet! You can bring your boat and park in the driveway or cul de sac and put it on the Clermont chain of lakes- 5 min away! Downtown Clermont is a cute and charming town with new/old shops and restaurants and is a quick walk to Lake Minneola with gorgeous views. Also, every Sunday there is a farmers market & the first Friday of each month is a food truck and live music festival. Guest access The front door uses a keypad for a seamless check-in, and the entire house, driveway, outside pool area, and backyard are yours to enjoy. Garage is not accessible. Other things to note Please use the fire pit and pool safely! Sometimes wood is already in the fire pit. If so, burn it if you would like. Otherwise, Publix is nearby where you can pick up a bundle of firewood and starter supplies during the winter months. Get a taste of the lake life! The tiki bar is right down the street offering drinks, bar food, and a relaxing ambiance on the water. Boat rentals: check out lake minneola inn online for boat rentals right down the street from us. Self serve paddle board rentals now available at water front park- 100 3rd street. Have kids? Take them to waterfront park where there is a playground and white soft sandy beach right on the lake to tire your kids out! There is also a splash pad there but the times it’s open varies.
