New Upgrade! As of August 2025, the home now features three brand-new AC mini-splits for added comfort — one in the living room and one in each bedroom. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. There will be no one else on the property, other than the weekly gardener, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance. The onsite garage is off-limits for guests and is for homeowner use and access only. Other things to note OTHER IMPORTANT INFO: By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement. Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed! There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine. Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges.
