Enjoy the expansive sloping easy access waterfront yard, shallow entry way, great for sitting and watching the kids splash and play. Fish off the dock or enjoy the day kayaking and paddle boarding on beautiful Baptiste Lake. Master bedroom with King Bed, Jacuzzi tub, walkout double doors and 55” TV make you feel like king (or queen) of the castle. Unique Loft Space can be used as extra sleeping set-up or games room (complete with air hockey table, and fooseball table). Large, flat lot makes it easy to get in and out, and to truly enjoy the entire property. Beautiful wood panel sunroom makes it easy to get out onto the large deck and yard. Guest access Guests will have full access to the property, house, dock, as well as fire pit and wood provided. There is also a large driveway with ample parking. Dock access as well as access to the bunky with lawn games, sand toys and life jackets. A canoe, 2 children’s kayaks, 1 adult kayak and a stand up paddle board are available for guests to use!
