The Orchard Suite of Sebring

Relax at this newly built peaceful retreat in the quiet and central town of Sebring. This one bedroom has it's own private entrance (with a queen bed), one bath with a walk in shower, and a love seat in the living room. The twin sofa love seat converts to a recliner and a bed for 2 smaller people. The unit features a stackable washer and dryer and everything to prepare and cook a meal. There are two smart TV's. Both are connected to sling, all the news, sports and movie channels. The space The Suite is clean, comfortable and close to so many amenities. There are golf courses, community pool, parks, lakes, playground, basketball, gym with a commuinity center and a restaurant. Extra fees may apply for the use of the facilities. Across the street is a nature preserve where you may see beautiful birds and a deer or two. Guest access The left side of the driveway is for your parking and you walk to the left of the house to your private entrance. There is a keyless entry on your door. An additional key is also available inside for you for the second lock on your front door. Other things to note If you need to use the barbeque grill please let us know. And there is parking for your boat in the rear of the building.
