There are no cameras inside the property. Our cameras are motion-activated and recordings are stored in the cloud. There is also a noise detection device installed in the backyard, but it is no longer active. Do not unplug or tamper with any security devices, including the Ring Camera, or any other essential devices. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire home, front yard, and fenced backyard. Other things to note 📌 To confirm your reservation, Tailored Stays requires a signed rental agreement (along with a government-issued ID) within 48 hours of booking. Additionally, a security deposit "hold" of $500 is required for all reservations. Unapproved late check-outs will be charged hourly based on our cleaning team’s rate. - ABOUT OUR BOOKING REQUIREMENTS - 📝 Rental Agreement & Government ID: Our insurance company requires a clear definition of the guest-host relationship, hence the need for a rental agreement. This agreement confirms the terms between our guests and our company. The signer of the rental agreement must match the government ID provided. 💳 Security Deposit: It is a temporary hold on the card processed by "Stripe," a widely trusted credit card processor. This hold will take place 2 days before your arrival and will be released 2 days after your departure, provided that the property is left in good condition and the house rules are followed. ✅ These requirements are standard for all our properties and are part of our commitment to maintaining the properties we manage on behalf of our owners. They provide assurance to our property owners and protect us from situations where damage caused by guests may not be adequately covered by platform protections.
