The newly renovated, modernly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of the "Villa Mare" vacation home with a total of 6 apartments. The place is centrally located, not far from shopping facilities such as a supermarket, bakery and numerous small shops. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk away. Other things to note The apartment offers space for 2 people on about 30 m² of living space. It has a cozy, sunny living, sleeping and dining room, with a box spring bed size 180 x 200 cm, a dining table for two and two armchairs with TV as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen area is equipped with two electric hobs, a coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a refrigerator. A parking space for the car is part of the accommodation. Your pet is also welcome. For this, we only charge a cleaning fee of 60 Euros. In the courtyard, there is a barbecue area and a barrel sauna for shared use.
