Renovated modern traditional house 5mins-walk from station "Uan/Tsuki"
Uan became the stage for 5 episodes of the Netflix wedding reality show "Love Deadline". Newly renovated modern traditional house. The house was built more than a 100 year ago, it was renovated for a vacation house. These houses are fully furnished and all necessary appliances will be provided. You can walk to famous attractions, subway station easily. The house will be your wonderful base from which to explore the city. The space The house Tsuki (月) has bedrooms upstairs, having private kitchen, utilities and appliances. It is a 75 m2 second story house that has been fully renovated. There is a one double bed in the western style bedroom, and three futon sets upstairs in the tatami room. The kitchen has three burners. There are cutting knifes, pots and pans, plates, bowels, and cutlery. There are also microwave, toaster and hot water kettle. There is a bathtub in bathroom and the there is a separated toilet. Washing machine is in the bathroom. Towels and washing detergent will be provided. Guest access It takes about 20-30 minutes to the house from Kyoto station by both, subway or taxi. The nearest subway station is Higashiyama station (東山駅). It is a 5-minute walk from the house. The nearest bus stop is called Jingu-michi (神宮道) which is a 3 minute walk from the house. Other things to note We prepare seasonings and rice cooker on a request from the guests. Please inform us in advance if you need seasonings such as oil, salt, pepper and a rice cooker.
