Our building-equipped half-timbered house on a large natural property offers plenty of space for up to 10 persons and has a great view of the Harz mountains and a special flair. Enjoy the magnificent nature, the very quiet location and the great atmosphere in the house due to the natural materials used and the clay plaster. Here you can browse books, relax in front of the fireplace or explore the beautiful southern Harz on hikes and bike tours. The space The large living room offers a massive table that seats 10 people wonderfully. The cozy sofas invite you not only to sit but also to enjoy the view of the southernmost mountains of the Harz. On cool days, the fireplace also provides cozy warmth and contributes to coziness due to the crackling flames. The large, natural property invites children to discover tours and offers many seating options. A barbecue area provides variety. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor, so it is well suited for people with limited mobility. Guest access Our guests can enjoy the entire house as well as the large garden alone. On the street there is a carport and two parking spaces exclusively for our guests. There is plenty of space for more cars on the street. You can enter the house with a door code, so you don't need keys. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that the city of Bad Sachsa currently charges a spa fee of €2.85 per adult guest per night. Teenagers from 13 - 17 years pay €1.55, children pay nothing. This amount may change until your arrival. It is payable upon arrival and will be forwarded by us to the city.
