Charming vacation home in Neustadt a/d Weinstraße

Our vacation home is in the immediate vicinity of the Palatinate Forest and is therefore an ideal start for hikes or bike tours. The 60 m² vacation home for max. 4 people is located in the district of Königsbach. It was built in 1884. Two floors with a small terrace, as well as a sun deck with sun loungers. Fully equipped spacious kitchen. Daylight bathroom with shower/toilet and washing machine. Bedroom with double bed and adjoining dressing room. On the left side is our spacious, fully equipped kitchen. From dish sponge to garbage bag - everything is available with us. Get inspired by one of the cookbooks on display. Directly opposite is the bright living room with fireplace, TV and sound system. A large sofa offers space for the whole family. From there, access to the 1st bedroom with bunk bed, small wardrobe and view of the terrace. This bedroom is suitable for both children and adults. Furthermore, the large, bright daylight bathroom is located on this floor. Here, too, everything is available from towels, toilet paper to detergent, washing machine and hair dryer. From the light-flooded hallway, you can reach the small terrace with a dining table and space for 6 guests and a parasol via two steps. In the extension you will find seat cushions, blankets, board games and an electric grill for nice barbecue evenings and a good glass of Palatinate wine. From there, a staircase leads to the sun deck with two sun loungers. Nestled between avocado and lemon trees, you come very close to a feeling of "Tuscany in Germany." You can reach the first floor from the hallway via a narrow staircase. Along the hallway is the 2nd bedroom on the left. Lovingly furnished and decorated, you will spend cozy hours here. Access to a dressing room with built-in closet provides space for your luggage. A baby bed or extra bed would also have space in this room. Both are available and can be rented for an additional fee. Again, everything you need is there, the beds are freshly made for you. Two skylights provide brightness in this beautiful room.
