Our cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath cabin is nestled in the Village of Cloudcroft with easy, year-round access. Whether you walk, bike, or drive, you’re minutes from local shops, trails, and all the charm Cloudcroft has to offer. General cleaning is included in the nightly rate. The space Hidden Gem in the Heart of Cloudcroft This 2-bedroom, 1-bath mountain cabin offers a relaxing retreat just 1 mile from downtown Cloudcroft. With only two small stairs to the front door and one step down inside, the layout is easy to navigate for most guests. 🦌 Surrounded by Nature Enjoy the sights and sounds of abundant wildlife, and take a stroll down to the nearby golf course. Whether you're hiking, relaxing, or exploring, you're never far from nature’s beauty. 🧸 Bear Country Reminder You're visiting bear country! For your safety and the safety of local wildlife, feeding animals is strictly prohibited. This includes leaving trash or food outside unattended—day or night. Please use the designated indoor bins and dispose of trash responsibly at any dumpster in town. 📶 Comfort & Connectivity Lightning-fast Wi-Fi with a dedicated guest network Smart Roku TV in the living room Board games and books for all ages 🍳 Fully Stocked Kitchen The kitchen includes pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker (bottled water only, please). We provide 4 bottles of water to get you started and an assortment of coffee pods for your stay. Just bring your favorite ingredients! 🚫 House Rules No animals No smoking inside the cabin Outdoor smoking is allowed only when fire restrictions permit—please check local conditions No parties or events Clean the BBQ as soon as it is cool enough after use to avoid attracting animals. Evidence of pets, indoor smoking, or wildlife safety violations will result in additional charges. 🚗 Parking & Access Guests have one dedicated parking space in a shared driveway. Let us know ahead of time if you need additional parking. During snowy months (Nov–April, sometimes longer), 4WD/AWD is strongly recommended. If the driveway is not safely accessible due to snow or ice, you may need to park at the bottom and walk up. We do our best to keep the area clear but mountain weather is unpredictable. 🧹 Cleaning & Care General cleaning is included in your nightly rate. We ask that guests treat the cabin with care—excessively dirty conditions may result in extra cleaning fees. 🔥 BBQ Available Want to grill? Just let us know ahead of time so we can make sure propane is ready for your arrival. 📅 Travel Tip We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against unexpected trip changes. We do not offer exceptions to our cancellation policy for any reason. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire cabin and yard during their stay. Other things to note Cloudcroft is completely surrounded by the Lincoln National Forest. We are a quiet community where everybody knows your name. Shopping, dining, outdoor sports, scenic byways and vistas, waterfalls, rappelling, skiing, mountain biking, fishing, golf, disc golf, ice skating and hiking await you. The Chamber of Commerce and Zenith Park are a short walk from Altitude Adjustment. 4WD/AWD is required November-April. We do not offer refunds for cancellations due to weather related issues. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance. Please make sure you understand the cancellation policy prior to booking, there are no exceptions.
