Killian's View-Relax on the lake

Enjoy beautiful, unimpeded views of the lake off the newly remodeled deck. Enjoy our cozy home on Watts Bar Lake. Whether you are looking for a quiet get away or need a homebase for activities in the area, you will find all the modern comforts for a stress-free stay. Plan ahead, our lovely lake escape is about 30 minutes from a grocery store. Bring your fishing pole and a good book and relax. Check out our guidebook for more info to help plan your stay. The space Killian's View is all on one level with a split bedroom arrangement (Master on one side and the other two bedrooms on the other side of the main living area). Newly remodeled deck with enhanced visibility cable railings! The driveway can accommodate two cars with an additional space off the road on the lower level of the lot. We are situated high above the Watts Bar Lake with a steep, strenuous (but worth it) trek leading down to our dock and the water where you can enjoy fishing and swimming off the dock. Please use caution when descending. Guest access You have the run of the house with the exception of a locked owners closet and the garage. Other things to note We are a non-smoking home. Per Air Bnb rules no parties are allowed on the property. Please notify us in advance if you'd like to have additional guests visiting you during your stay. Due to our limited septic system we reserve the right to restrict additional guests. While there is a level walkway to the front door, the path between the driveway has a slight incline. We are situated high above Watts Bar lake with a steep path to the left of the house leading down to our dock. Please use caution.
