Fall brings out the best fall colors you could ever hope for. With the crisp air it's a perfect time to enjoy the hot tub. Even in the winter months the national park is excellent to explore, or simply cuddle up on the couch and enjoy the fireplace. Spring brings the wonderful colors of new flowers budding all around. Please be aware that, although a bit tight, parking can accommodate two vehicles. Unfortunately the grill pictured is no longer available, but a fully equipped kitchen is still there for your culinary needs. Other things to note Please read the below house rules prior to booking. By booking this property, guests accept and agree to follow the below outlined house rules: 1. Smoking is allowed outside only. Please pick up any cigarette butts before the end of your stay. 2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property without prior notification to and permission by the Homeowner. Additionally, guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to above. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. 4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Please ensure that any fires in the firepit are fully extinguished before leaving unattended. 7. Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle during your stay. 8. The cabin is on a well and septic systems. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other non-toilet paper items have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages to address the issue. 9. No refunds will be given for bad weather. 10. Firewood for the fire pit is BYO.
