Large Home, Hot Tub, Close to Lakes and Shopping The space Mountain Time is a larger, 2 story home that can sleep up to 9 guests. Located very close to the golf course, Lake Pagosa, shopping and bike riding. This home has Air Conditioning and also a hot tub to enjoy. The main floor is on the 2nd level where you find the large kitchen and eating area, living room with TV and gas fireplace. Down the hall is the master king bed suite with private bath and 2 other king bed bedrooms that share a common full bath in the hall. The kitchen is loaded with everything you need to cook for the family and has wonderful views from the eating area. The living room is a perfect size for the group to hang out and has access to the rear patio with a gas fireplace, gas grill and hot tub. Downstairs is a perfect kids rooms with 3 twins and a TV. This room has a full bathroom just off of it and a special little play nook under the stairs. There is no guest parking in this garage. All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises. This home does not allow pets. This home has 2 outdoor cameras, a nest camera facing the driveway and street and a nest camera in the back area facing the gas fire pit and BBQ. Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking.
