This is a new luxury villa with a heated pool with electrolysis disinfection system(No use of chemicals) Fully equipped pool villa, with stunning view of the sunset. Ideally located near Acropolis, Athens, and its airport.But also a stepping stone for exploring the north Peloponnese. Mycenae, Epidaurus, Nafplio, Olympia, Corinth Canal and the wine region of Nemea are all a short drive away. When not exploring this ancient and exciting land, you will relax by the pool, drinking local Nemea wine. The space Please note that at the begining i had divided the villa into three appartments which have been so far three different listings in Airbnb. From the summer of 2019 i rent the entire 3 floors of the Villa as one listing in Airbnb. Air conditioning is available in every room. You will also find a Buffalo Eliminator II American Pool table 9ft , a very large office and next to it a warm lounge with table games and puzzles, an incredible SMART CINEMA TV 65in, a large football field, fitness home gym equipment, gym treadmill and large balconies overlooking the pool, mountain and sea. In the huge and luxurious bathrooms you will find storage closets, washing and dry machine, large shower with hydromassage column , large bathtub. The pool, the BBQ and the entire garden have lighting and all the necessary comforts ,an outdoor ping pong table , Little Tikes Endless Adventures PlayCenter Playground , trampoline and archery accessories for kids. Guest access Our Guests will have the villa and it's amenities all to themselves. They can enjoy their dives, without any time limitation in use, the heated pool of 8m * 4m. size , from 1.5 m to 2.2 m. depth, which has counter swimming for workout, hydromassage and electrolysis disinfection system (No use of chemicals) .By the pool you will find luxurious IROKO wooden deck chairs with incredibly comfortable cushions for unique moments of relaxation. In the garden you will find Little Tikes Endless Adventures PlayCenter Playground and trampoline for kids,the bbq and comfortable garden furniture. In addition, free bikes are available for all ages. Other things to note It is important to know that there is no limitation to the hours of use of the pool for the whole day. For the needs of preparing a meal outdoor , there is also in the garden all the necessary in the bbq area . There is also free wifi. In our villa you will have total privacy to relax on your holiday.
