YOU WILL LOVE THIS CONDO! Let me correct that statement. You will love our condo when it is done. We were completely wiped out by Ian, so are currently not renting. We are hoping to be back into the condo by March 2024. It will be completely brand new! We have some exciting things planned too. So please check back for availability. Our condo is a main floor beach front unit, so you simply walk out the lanai and you are steps from the pool, spa, BBQ grills and of course, the beach! And no having to lug your suitcases or beach toys up and down the elevator. The living room furniture was just updated with very comfy Lazy Boy furniture. The kitchen has been remodeled and is completely stocked. The master bath has also been remodeled with a large shower. The guest bath is in the hall, just beside the guest bedroom. There are also beach towels and beach chairs there for your use. We probably have of the more unique condos on the island, because we do have a fireplace (although it is electric), for when the weather does occasionally turn a little chilly! This condo offers contact free check-in. Our professional cleaning service follows CDC and State of Florida COVID-19 guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting. Reservations are Saturday-Saturday and exceptions are made on a case by case basis. All guests must be listed on the Estero Beach Club Rental Agreement. 25% of the total is due to confirm your reservation. Full payment is due 30 days before arrival. $150 Cleaning Fee $100 Registration Fee for 7-13 Night Stay $150 Registration Fee for >14 Night Stay Registration Fee is nonrefundable and paid directly to the Estero Beach Club office.
