Amazing Vacation Home w/ 4Bedrooms & 3Bathrooms

This property is located in the east valley about 20 min from the Vegas Strip and Downtown Las Vegas. The home is new, very clean and modern. It has a 2 car garage and the drive way is also available if additional parking is needed. The backyard is available for bbq’s or small gatherings. This property is perfect for any guest looking to relax and enjoy their time in a beautiful home or to just come home to sleep. If you have any questions or would like to request an accommodation please ask. The space The house is very spacious with plenty of room and privacy for each guest and their perspective rooms. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 guest bedroom downstairs, each with a TV. The master bedroom and the guest bedroom have their own bathroom's. The two smaller bedrooms upstairs have a jack & jill styled shared bathroom. The kitchen and living room have great size and space for family gatherings or to cook. The backyard also has great size and space for bbq's/carne asadas, or to relax and enjoy the weather underneath the patio. Guest access Parking is free, there is a two car garage and available drive way and street parking if needed. However, I would prefer guests to park in the garage and on the driveway. If you would like to take a walk around the community there is a park located to the right of the property. You just have to walk a couple houses down until you meet a walkway that takes you directly to the park. The house is all yours except for the closet in the master bedroom bathroom, that closet holds supplies for cleaning/maintenance. Other than that, the place is all yours. Other things to note There is a poker table top available in the closet underneath the stair case and the poker chip set will be located in the kitchen pantry. I have also left some other games for game night in the kitchen pantry. There is also a corn hole set in the backyard for guests to use.
