The space The award winning “Falls” towers features: - Secure underground parking (6’8” clearance) - A seasonal outdoor heated swimming pool (can be closed for maintenance or repairs) - A year round Hot Tub (as above) - A fitness facility with machines and weights - These facilities are open from sunrise to sunset and are a wonderful way to start or end your day. The Two Towers are separated by a central garden with a reflecting pool. The building is very secure, fobs are needed for both entry and elevator access. The gourmet kitchen includes a large granite island with 4 comfortable stools for entertaining. The stainless steel appliances are top end and include a gas range with integrated hood fan and built in oven. You’ll find everything you need to prepare a great meal including a complete selection of spices and herbs and stemware for your wine or champagne. As well the kitchen has stainless steel pots, dishes, cutlery, spices, and coffee/tea for the first several days. Over the fireplace is a 58 inch TV with an extensive package of channels. The bedroom boasts a king size bed with high quality linens and a down comforter. Enjoy a movie after a busy day on the 50 inch TV situated over the bureau.
