Grantown On Spey is surrounded by ancient woodland offering a wide variety of wild life and walks and trails offering scenic views of mountains. The space The property previously was a residential property and is being converted to a open plan lounge- kitchen cottage with a brand new bath room, Kitchen, Wood Burning Stove and other appliances. The property will be equipped with unlimited fibre optic broadband for your convenience. Coppice Cottage is a two bed end terraced bungalow situated in a Quiet residential Cul- De-Sac. There are ample parking spaces outside the property. A wood burning Stove is installed to keep you nice and warm during your stay. Well equipped property with Free WIFI(fibre broadband), Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Oven and hob. It also has a Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and kitchen wares and cutlery sets. The property is a self contained bungalow which has recently been renovated to a high standard and benefited from communal gardens. Guest access Coppice cottage is a self contained property with a communal garden. Access is by pre - arranged time with the guests at the property or there is a key safe located by the back door and I will leave the keys to the property there so that you do not have to rush. Other things to note No Smoking No Parties or Events Pets Welcome Bed Linen and towels are included in the price. There is a £130 security and good house keeping deposit so please leave the house as you have found it upon your arrival. There is a brush and a dust pan located under the sink and vacuum cleaner is located in the cupboard in the hall way. Fire Blanket is located on the microwave and the fire extinguisher is by the back door in the living room. There is plenty wood supplied for the day of your arrival and you can purchase wood from shops in the town. Fire lighters, match box, a lighter and papers are located in the right drawer of the TV stand. Iron and the Iron table, cloths drier is stored along with the vacuum cleaner in the cupboard on the hall way.
