With a fully fenced yard, pet-friendly amenities, and modern upgrades alongside original character, this cottage is the ideal home for your Colorado adventure The space Living Space Inside, the cottage has been thoughtfully updated while preserving its original character, including the beautiful hardwood floors. - The cozy living room invites you to curl up on the sofa and stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV. - Just off the living area, the primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed and a dedicated desk space, perfect if you need to balance work with relaxation. - The second bedroom provides a comfortable queen bed, ideal for family, friends, or additional guests. - You’ll find the kitchen fully stocked and efficient, making everything from morning coffee to home-cooked dinners a breeze. - The bathroom, while small, is clean and functional, with a smaller shower that works well for most guests but is worth noting in advance. Outdoor Space Step outside into your private backyard. - The fully fenced yard is perfect for letting your pets roam safely or enjoying a peaceful evening under the Colorado sky. - A deck and pergola strung with lights create a cozy, inviting atmosphere, while the outdoor table and charcoal grill make dining al fresco an easy choice. Guest access You’ll be staying in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs, just a short walk to local coffee shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The cottage also offers easy access to some of Colorado’s most iconic attractions, including Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, and the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum. Whether your plans include outdoor adventure or enjoying the city vibe, this home puts you close to it all. Private parking spot next to the garage in the alley - there is no garage access. Other things to note - No central AC – window AC units are provided and keep the home cool. - No washer/dryer currently available in the home. - Cottage size: 700 sq ft – cozy, small yet efficient space. - Bathroom and shower are functional but on the smaller side. - Pets are welcome with a pet fee of $75 per pet, with up to two pets allowed - We've prepared a starter supply that includes coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and soft white towels! - Winter months do bring snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations. - Please be aware, there is no mailbox access.
