But you are only a stones throw from the town beach, great for an early morning stroll or a late afternoon picnic whilst you wait for the sun to go down. With four bedrooms sleeping a maximum occupancy of eight persons. There are two King bedrooms, and two singles in each of the other two rooms. Making six beds in total. The master King bedroom has an ensuite and all the bedrooms have their own television. The main bedroom ensuite has a ‘Jack and Jill’ vanity and double shower, and the second family bathroom has a shower and a small bath, great for the little kids and infants. The internal living spaces are expansive and open plan, with the modern kitchen opening onto the dining table which seats eight, and the smaller lounge area. But this house is all about the ‘great outdoors’ there is so much living to be done on the massive expansive verandah. The separate laundry has a front loader washing machine. There is a small separate office with a desk for those pesky holiday emails. The property is fully air-conditioned throughout. The owners car will be left in the driveway out of the way. There is still plenty of parking for boats and cars. The shed is locked and not for guest use. No pets allowed. 4 car maximum parking, no camping or caravans allowed. All linen and bath towels are provided. All of our holiday homes are self provisioning. Some basic items have been provided for your convenience. Supermarkets are open 7 days a week and are located in the town centre. Guest access You will have full access to the house. We will provide you with arrival instructions and codes to gain access prior to your arrival.
