Apartment in suggestive style located on the second and top floor with private entrance. The apartment was obtained from the attic of an ancient house in the beautiful medieval hamlet Orciatico, about 200 residents. The village is located in Volterra hills, in the middle of a territory that includes the most important art cities of Tuscany such as Volterra 17 Km, San Giminiano 34 Km, Pisa 54 Km, Lucca 65 km, Siena 73 km, Florence 83 km; and it is not far from the sea, Cecina 45 Km. The space The apartment was renovated in 2000 respecting the original structures, terracotta floors, ceilings with wooden beams, and it's comfortably furnished. It includes one double bedroom, one with 2 single beds and two single bedrooms. One of them is a smaller one suitable only for a child. There are two living rooms, a kitchen, a dinner room, two fireplaces, a complete bathrom with shower and a smaller one without. It has a large terrace, 20 square meters, from which you can enjoy a spectacular view. Satellite TV and WiFi. 2026 from June air condition is ready!!! ( extra costs this year) Guest access The apartment is completely yours with private entrance and stairs but can be connected to the smaller apartmant just next door if you have friends join ( tot max 8+2 person). Only by car please! There are no shops, neither restaurants in the village, only a Cafe for coffee, cold drinks and gelato, bier. The bus comes twice a day so having a car is necessary. The historical centre is closed for cars but parking places are available for free even 100 meters from the house. Other things to note We installed the air conditioning system in May 2026, so it will be possible to use it to cool and heat the house.
