Only 100 metres from the village of Llafranc, this villa has all the comforts for a group or family stay. Guests will be able to enjoy the whole of the villa, distributed over three floors. The ground floor is the garage with space for four cars. On the first floor, there is a large living room where there is a large table where all friends and/or family can eat with views of the outside area and the sea. On this floor, there is also a fully equipped kitchen and next to it there is a bedroom with a double bed. Furthermore, there is a dressing room for the swimming pool and a bathroom. The outside area has a terrace complete with a table to enjoy al fresco dining. There is also a solarium next to the beautiful pool and garden. As you go up the modern stairs you will find the first floor. This floor has four bedrooms. The master suite has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. This floor also has two bedrooms with three bunk beds. There is an office with a double sofa bed that has access to a lovely little terrace. Finally, there is another bathroom on this floor. The house has heating and air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room. Solar panels are used to heat the water and to power the underfloor heating. Guest access Girona Airport is a 50 minute drive and Barcelona Airport is a 1h 30 minute drive to this beautiful villa. You can park your car in the spacious car park. There are also local taxis which work well. We are close by and try to respond quickly if there is any situation. Other things to note Llafranc is a beautiful village on the Costa Brava where you can enjoy an idyllic holiday. The Villa is 5 minutes walk from the beach and the centre of Llafranc. During the summer you can cool off in the sea and even do different water activities such as kayaking, paddle surfing and scuba diving. The village has several restaurants with Mediterranean cuisine. Llafranc is close to many other picturesque villages such as Calella de Palafrugell and Begur.
