The property has superb views from front balcony, overlooking two 18-holes golf courses and the sea, the rear side looks onto the mountains. It has a large communal pool area with two pools 140 metres from the house, one pool is a children's pool. The property has a large patio with tables and chairs for dining and a large stone built barbecue. The upper level is fitted with airconditioning. Downstairs rooms have big fans. You have all the facilities as your own home, it is a place for a perfect relaxing holiday and is ideal for golfer's, families and couples. The villa is maintained by English people who are always on hand if you require any assistance or help. The fast internet access with wireless broadband is available for free. All the rooms including the living room have ceiling fans, and the upstair rooms have airconditioning, windows and patio doors have mosquito nets fitted. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. Before you book, please be informed and understand that we can not guarantee the absence of construction and reconstruction work in the neighborhood. 140 m from the house is a non-heated communal pool with a separate children's pool. Opening hours are from 10:00 to 20:00 in summer and from 10:00 to 18:00 in winter. Please be informed that due to repair reasons the pool area can be closed for a short time. Guests can use all rooms in the house except of the locked balcony. For community pool you need a plastic key card. You'll find the pool card on arrival on the table in the living room. Corralejo 40 km. Jandia 80 km. Further Details: The centre of Caleta has a number of excellent restaurants and evening entertainment can be found. Atlantico shopping centre is located at the Golf Resort entrance and hosts bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket and a 6-screen cinema along with a bowling alley. The harbour is located in the centre of Caleta where all types of sports activities can be found. If you do hire a car and travel around the island there are amazing beaches and villages to be found like El Cotillo, Jandia, Betancuria and many more.
