Apartment in a strategic position near the Santa Maria Novella station, on the second floor of an elegant historic building with a lift. The apartment is located in a residential area of the historic center, near the Fortezza da Basso, very close to the tram stop. It can accommodate up to eight people, ideal for groups of friends and families. Wifi connection and washing machine available for guests. Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C.
