Licence VV-35-1-0001331. A beautiful villa located on the sunniest and most peaceful side of the luxurious Salobre Golf Resort. One of the few houses in Salobre with a capacity for 7 people across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Incredible views of the golf course and the sea make this spacious and relaxing villa the ideal place to enjoy the sun, the beach, and the pool, disconnect from your worries, and have a relaxing holiday in the south of Gran Canaria Island. The space The villa has, on the upper floor, a bedroom with two beds and large windows, and another with two single beds and access to a spacious sun terrace with views of the golf course and the sea. Both rooms have access to a full bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a King-size double bed and access to the terrace, a full bathroom with a shower, a living room with a dining table (for 8 guests), and a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace has another table for outdoor dining. From the outside, by the garden you can access the fourth bedroom with an single bed and a suite bathroom. The house is equipped with a Smart TV and high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi. Outside, you can enjoy a private heated pool with sun loungers for sunbathing, and a chill-out area to enjoy the sunset. The villa is located in the luxurious Salobre Golf Resort, in the south of Gran Canaria, just a few minutes' drive from the golden sandy beaches of Maspalomas. The resort features an 18-hole golf course, a 5* Sheraton hotel, a supermarket, and the Sidecar and Casa Salobre restaurants. If the reservation is for 7 people, the fourth bedroom with a single bed can be accessed from the outside of the house by the garden. IMPORTANT: services avaibles with surcharge. -Pool heating If you wish, you can hire the pool heating service. The surcharge is 35 euros per night, but it is mandatory to hire it for every day of your stay and notify us at least 2 days in advance. It is recommended to use the pool cover overnight to maintain the heating and to leave it on the day of departure. -Barbecue Also, if you wish, you can rent a portable charcoal barbecue at a cost of 53.5 euros per stay. A sack of coal is included as a gift. Please use the carpet we will provide under it so that the legs of the barbecue do not damage the garden Other things to note An intermediate cleaning is included free of charge with a change of bed linens and towels for stays longer than 13 nights. Pool cleaning is included twice a week. The nearest garbage bins are in the neighboring urbanization to ours called 'Morro Golf' (exit Villa Golfers 6 and take the first street on the left, then again to the left in that urbanization there are metal doors that are locked without a key and the bins are there. However, if you prefer, when you leave the urbanization by car after crossing the security barrier, you will also find bins on the right. Although very rare, the island can experience sandstorms due to its proximity to Africa. If this occurs during your stay, we will clean the exterior of the house, including the pool, as soon as possible. Construction work is currently underway on new complexes near the Villa in the Salobre Golf residential area, which may cause noise, although it will always comply with the area's noise regulations and be carried out within the permitted hours.
