Quiet and convenient, the apartment contains everything you need to ensure a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, and all linen, bathroom and quality household essentials are provided. Great for long stays: - We provide guests with two sets of keys as standard, and we can provide one key per adult upon request; - Host is quick to respond; - Second television; - Balcony is great for fresh air; - On the edge of the CDB it is quieter at night than those in the CDB grid; - Opposite Flagstaff gardens (playground); - Private onsite car park; - Split system heating and cooling to the lounge; - Wall fans to both bedrooms; - Comfortable mattresses, extra blankets; - Washer and dryer; and - Study desk. We accommodate early luggage drop off, and allow early / late check in when possible (not guaranteed). We pride ourselves on cleanliness, convenience and safety. This apartment is owned and used by the host, and is cleaned to a very high standard. * please note, new couch delivered late April, new couch does not recline, new photos to be uploaded soon. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the apartment (excluding cleaners cupboard). Bedroom 1 comprises a queen sized bed and robe. Bedroom 2 contains a double bed. Guests are to note that the room is a study conversion so it is not a full sized bedroom. Still perfect for kids and/or adults who don't plan on spending their holiday indoors. The entire apartment including balcony is 50sqm. The apt is baby and child friendly, with a portacot, change mat and booster seat (small highchair) provided. Guests are provided access to a designated secure car park. The clearance height for the garage is 2.05m. Other things to note Please note, a port-a-cot is provided, however guests must bring their own age appropriate baby blankets / sleeping bags. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Do not smoke inside or additional fees will apply.
