The beautiful beaches of Blue Bay Beach and Kokomo Beach are just around the corner! :-) The space We are very happy to offer our guest the following extras: Internet: * New, high speed internet via fiber optic (100MB) V.I.P. services: * Standard check-in time is 4pm; If possible, we will offer you a complimentary early check-in * Standard check-out time is 10 a.m.; If possible, we offer you a free late check-out * For a guaranteed late check out we charge half a day rent. We will then block an extra night in our calendar so you can stay at the villa until departure to the airport In our V.I.P. Villas we provide: * Fast internet * Silent inverter airconditioners in all bedrooms * American 110V and European 220V sockets and adapters * Curaçao travel and diving guides and activity leaflets * Our personal list of favorite beaches, beach clubs, restaurants etc. * Various board games, playing cards and a small library * Camping bed with mosquito net and sheet set and a high chair In our fully equipped kitchen we offer a basic supply: * Ice cold beers and non-alcoholic drinks on arrival * Olive oil, balsamic, herbs, sugar, tea etc. * Detergent, dishwashing tablets, foil, garbage bags etc. * Nespresso and American coffee machine plus coffee for the first few days * Fridge-freezer, dishwasher, gas stove and oven, kettle, blender, gourmet set * Weber charcoal BBQ * Electric BBQ In our bathrooms we offer: * Beach towels * Bath towels and bath mats * Hair dryer * Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand soap In our mountain hut we offer: * Washing machine plus detergent and fabric softener * Cool box to take with you to the local beaches * Beach toys and snorkel sets Other things to note We live near Julianadorp ourselves and know the island very well. We are always there for you and will be happy to help you before arrival, but also during your stay with planning your holiday, including suggestions and reservations for the best restaurants, events, concerts etc. We think the economic use of energy and water is very important to us. That is why we have chosen to charge energy and water separately. However, the energy consumption of the air conditioners, refrigerator and other equipment in the villa is low. The average cost is EUR 125 per villa per week. Based on meter readings and the actual rates of the utility companies we will settle the amount at the end of your stay. At check-in, we ask for a security deposit in cash. For stays of up to 2 weeks, the deposit is EUR 250, and for longer stays, EUR 500.
