Lovely apartment just in front of Medici Chapel in the lively area of San Lorenzo, few steps from the main sites. The space The apartments are located on the second floor without lift of an historic building, Palazzo Gaddi, located in the bright square of Madonna degli Aldobrandini, where you can find the famous Cappelle medicee (Medici chapels). Duomo and Piazza della Signoria are within a 3 minutes walk away. The building offers the possibility to choose between 3 types of apartments and allows customers to combine multiple solutions if families or larger groups wish to stay together in the same building. BLUE SKY SUITE NOTE: only for stays longer than 27 days, utilities (light, water, gas and wifi ) are charged by the customer, final cleaning 100 eruo As you enter the apartment, 50 square meter ( renovated and redecorated in 2021) you will find a lovely, gentle flat: the living room with pull out sofa double bed, the dining area with 4 design azure chairs around a round crystal table, the fully equipped modern, soft blue kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, gas hob and the bedroom with a queen size bed, a wardrobe and a design armchair. The living room has frescoes ceilings, a light blue sky over you! The apartment has a modern bathroom with a big shower and white sanitaryware (sink, toilet, bidet), a white bathroom cabinet. There is a useful closet where the washing-dryer machine is located. The apartment is pretty quite and peaceful. WIFI internet access, LCD TV, AC in the living room, lots of markets nearby, agreement (special rate) with the garage located 30 metres from the property. Free Service: baby cot, baby highchair, baby eating set. Changeover day We do our best to accommodate individual guests needs in terms of changeover day. Check in time: by arrangement with the owner, from 3 pm to 8 pm. Check out time: by arrangement with the owner, by 11 am. Accessibility The property is on the second floor of an apartment building, making it unsuitable for wheelchair users. Outside There is a garage (special rate) located just 30 metres from the property, ideal for those wanting to hire a car during their stay. All the monuments are just within few minutes walking away. At few metres from the flat you have refine shops, grocery, bakery...theatre, traditional florentine restaurants, fashion bars, cafes etc… Travel The nearest airport is Amerigo Vespucci (Peretola) Airport in Florence about 25 minutes taxi ride. However, flights often tend to be cheaper to Pisa which is only an hour away by car. A cheap bus service (10 euros one way) connects Pisa airport to the heart of the city of Florence where it stops at the centrally located Santa Maria Novella train station. It's then 5 minute walk to the property. Car hire is not needed but there is a public garage 30 metres from the property if you do need somewhere to park a car. Moreover, Lucca, Pisa, Arezzo, Siena, Bologna and beaches are all within an hours' train or bus journey from Florence, and train and bus stations are with 5 minute walk from the property.
