Apartment created in the attic of a house in the municipality of St Etienne de Cuines, in the Maurienne Valley, in Savoy, France. Summer pool: water temperature between 28 and 30° The pool will be open during the spring depending on the weather. You will be in the heart of the "World's largest cycling area" and at the foot of the ski resorts. The accommodation can accommodate 12 to 16 people in an atypical place. The accommodation is air-conditioned. Come and discover it... The space The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor of a detached house, classified as a cyclo-Maurienne quality label. The accommodation is composed of: - a 60 m² living room with American kitchen with bar, 12-seat dining table, living room, small children's lounge (play area) and dining area. - two bathrooms, one with a 2-seater spa bath, 2 sinks and 1 toilet, the other with a walk-in shower and a sink. These two bathrooms can communicate through a lockable sliding door. - a separate toilet. - a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, 2nd fridge and storage. - two mezzanines connected by a walkway accessible by a spiral staircase. Electric radiator in the bedrooms. Towel dryer in the bathroom bathtub. - All skylights are equipped with electric shutters. - Large TV in the living room with TNT Satellite allowing access to more channels and radios. - The three bedrooms are equipped with a small TV and radio above the bed. - Internet access, Wi-Fi and cable network in the bedrooms and on the mezzanines. Possibility to store your bikes, skis in a garage in front of the house. Outside: The swimming pool is located in the garden of the snack bar "Le Boho". It is primarily reserved for the various rentals but can be open to other people. A terrace with barbecue is reserved for tenants for outdoor dining. Two parking spaces are reserved for you except on concert days. Non-smoking rental, pets not allowed. Parties and other events are not permitted! Guest access The place is fully reserved for you. Access is via the common areas of the house. Other things to note The accommodation is located in a house where other tenants live, so respect for everyone's peace and quiet is important. The front door on the ground floor of the house must always be closed. The accommodation and common areas are non-smoking. Bicycles, skis and other equipment must be stored in the garage provided, not in the accommodation. The cleaning fee is for cleaning the accommodation upon departure and for cleaning the linen. The kitchen should be left clean and the dishes should be stored clean and wiped, in their location. If you don't want to do this kitchen cleaning, we can offer you an additional option. I invite you to do routine maintenance of the accommodation during your stay to return it in a normal state of use. POOL: The outdoor swimming pool is heated between 28 and 30°. Open from June until the end of September subject to good weather. The swimming pool is accessible free of charge in the garden where the Snack Bar "Le Boho" is located. This space is open to the public but the pool is reserved for vacationers of the accommodation. A terrace is provided so you can dine outdoors. Registration Details 0000
