The space This high-quality equipped apartment offers comfort and feel-good character for up to 6 people in a total area of approx. 68 m². Since it was a special concern for us to allow people with physical limitations to an unforgettable vacation in this wonderful location, we have made this new apartment accessible - from the parking lot right outside the front door to a ground-level entrance to the design of the bathroom and the selection of furnishings. Furthermore, dogs are allowed in this beautiful apartment. For your fur lovers we provide you with food bowls, dog beds and poop bags. Extra charge per dog per night is €10.00. Now for the equipment of our vacation rental "Domina": In the first bedroom you sleep on a beamed bed of solid wild oak (180 x 200 cm) with super comfortable mattresses. You can store your clothes in the matching 3-door wild oak solid wood wardrobe with central mirror door. Dimmable LED lighting on the ceiling and wall creates an atmospheric atmosphere in the evening and an electric outdoor roller blind for undisturbed sleeping in the morning. In the second bedroom there are two single beds made of solid core beech - also with these super comfortable mattresses. You can store your clothes here in the two-door wardrobe made of massive core book. This bedroom also features an electric exterior roller blind. Living, dining area, and kitchen are open and bright. The large corner sofa with sleeping function and the 43-inch Smart TV invite you to cozy TV evenings. The seating area with wild dike solid wood dining table, corner bench & three very comfortable chairs is the ideal place for a shared, relaxed brunch or dinner in a larger group. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a fully integrated dishwasher, induction hob, oven, integrated fridge-freezer, built-in microwave and under-built lighting. In addition, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, beer mugs, pots/pans, cutlery and cooking spoons are available for you. The led lights are also dimmable in the living and dining areas, so you can adjust the brightness depending on the situation and mood. The south-facing facing windows are equipped with electric vibrators. The entrance doors were retrofitted with a pleat for privacy. The refiners and shutters can be controlled by Somfy remote control. In the bathroom you will find a large walk-in shower, a washbasin, a toilet as well as a washing machine, heat pump dryer, hair dryer and various storage options. The bathroom mirror is equipped with LED lighting as well as an anti-fitting function. So that you can start your stay relaxed, the beds are freshly made for you upon arrival and towels are available in sufficient quantity. Guest access If desired, you can either use the parking space directly in front of the apartment or alternatively park in our courtyard. Check-in is contactless with us via lockboxes. An accurate check-in guide incl. You will receive a key box code from us in good time before your arrival. Please use the official way via Ziegelbergstraße as well as the vineyard jetties to get there. Older navigation systems mistakenly lead via an agricultural path to our farm, which is however exclusively open for agricultural traffic. A signage for the guests is already in planning and will be set up in the village soon. Other things to note Our prices include the use of the Wi-Fi network. The Burgunder apartment is a non-smoking accommodation where dogs are allowed. If you are planning a stay with your dog, please note that we charge a surcharge of €10.00 per night per dog. Feeding bowls, dog beds and excrement bags are available for your fur nose upon your arrival.
