Ideal for both couples and families of up to 6 people, the BellaGiò apartment consists of a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Inside the residence, there is a swimming pool and a solarium with sunbeds. Reserved for the BellaGiò apartment is a convenient parking space inside the residence. It's only 100 meters from the lake. The space New apartment, furnished in a modern style in August 2019, fully air conditioned and heated, equipped with WiFI, can accommodate up to 6 people. On the second and last floor, the apartment is attic with exposed beams, equipped with automatic windows and velux to also admire the sky from all rooms. There are several electrical outlets in all rooms. LIVING Entry directly into the living room, relaxation area with a double sofa bed and a flat-screen smart TV. Extendable table to accommodate up to 8 people. Fully equipped open kitchen, with a peninsula where you can have breakfast or a quick lunch. The kitchen is complete with everything: oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, mocha, pots and all the necessary tools for the independent preparation of meals. BATHROOM Complete with shower, bidet and hairdryer. First-aid kit is also present. BEDROOM 1 Double room with more velux window from which you can enjoy a view of the starry sky directly from the bed; a spacious closet completes the room. ROOM 2 Room consisting of two single beds, convertible into a double bed at the request of guests. SWIMMING POOL and SOLARIUM In the summer there is a swimming pool (maximum height 1.5 meters, open from April 1 to October 31) shared with the other guests of the residence. In the solarium area there are 4 sun loungers and 2 lounge chairs for the exclusive use of BellaGiò's guests. PARKING Inside the complex, on the street floor, there is a parking space for exclusive use. LOGIN Access to the property is via a driveway and private parking is available inside the building. Passing by the pool you access the residence. BellaGiò apartment is located on the second and last floor, the elevator is not available. FEATURED The accommodation tax is not included and is €3 per night for a maximum of 7 nights. Children up to 11 years old are exempt. A valid government-issued government-issued ID is required to stay. HOW TO GET TO BELLAGIO: - CAR Bellagio is 70km from Milan, 30km from Como and 20 from Lecco. From Como: take the provincial road 583 that runs along the Comasco branch of Lario, 45 min travel time From Lecco: take the provincial road 583 that runs along the Lario branch of Lecco, 35 min travel time From Milan: you can reach Como via the A8 and A9 motorway or Lecco via the state road 36 - TRAIN From Milano Centrale take the line to Sondrio with a stop in Varenna; from Varenna take the ferry to Bellagio. From Milano Centrale take the line to Sondrio with a stop in Lecco, from here continue by bus (departure from the station square) From Milan Cadorna take the line to Como, from Como you can continue by bus or hydrofoil Guest access The entire apartment is available for guests' use. Other things to note Beds are made only according to the number of guests specified in the booking. Example: _Reservation for 2 people → 1 double bed or 2 single beds (not both). _Reservation for 3 people → 1 double bed + 1 single bed, and so on. If you would like more beds than those provided for the number of guests (e.g. a double and a single for 2 people), we can provide them upon request for a small fee of approximately €30 per bed for the entire stay (the exact cost will be confirmed based on your needs).
