Lovely waterfront home in a quiet wooded setting overlooking the Magothy River with views from virtually every room. Enjoy swimming, boating, sailing, kayaking, crabbing, fishing or just enjoying the views. With Annapolis, Baltimore and Washington D.C. all close by, there is so much to see and do. The space The home includes two master suites: one on the main floor and one on the second floor. The second floor master suite has a jacuzzi tub and opens onto a second floor deck. Three other large bedrooms are on the second floor with one also opening to the second floor deck. Classic hardwood floors lead to carpeted bedrooms. A stone fireplace graces the living room and dining room which span the whole waterfront side of the house. French doors off the living room and dining room open out to a large screened in porch that is another room onto itself with indoor/outdoor carpeting, ceiling fans, a picnic table and outdoor furniture. With the porch doors open, the breeze off the river can be felt throughout the house. However, there is air conditioning for really hot days. Tastefully decorated with warm bright colors, overstuffed furniture, a dining room table that seats 10, an eat-in kitchen, comfortable rooms and an exceptional layout make this home particularly inviting. We enjoy many returning guests. The house has become a home away from home for those who visit the area frequently. Guest access 2 kayaks and basic fishing tackle are available for use. Other things to note There is no street parking however 4 cars can fit comfortably in the driveway.
