The complex is located next to the East Village Center and has beautiful views of Mount Morrisey, all while being only a short walk to the main village. In the winter, the complex is ski in and ski out for downhill skiing, and provides easy access to the network of Nordic trails, and snowshoe trails. In the summer, this complex is along the golf course and is next to Mount Morrisey’s hiking and pedal access trails, as well as only a short distance to the lifts that provide downhill biking. The unit has a bright and welcoming open concept main floor design. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with all dishware and cookware essentials complete with new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has a breakfast bar to seat 3 and opens to the dining and living area. The beautiful wood dining table has seating for 6 while the living area has seating for 5 in its 2 comfortable lounge chairs and couch, complete with a gas fireplace and flat screen TV. Cross the Valley Trail and you will be in your complex. Ski-out: To ski-out walk to the East end of the complex. Cross over the valley trail and you will be under the Orient chairlift, ski down under the bridge and you will have access to the Orient Chairlift or continue a little further and reach the Mount Morrisey Chairlift.
