Absolutely no car needed. Our concierge will gladly assist you with transportation from and to the airport, and with touristic activities. Parking onsite is free and subject to availability. There are 6 double parking spots for a total of 12 cars, shared between 20 condos. Since most guests do not have cars, there’s usually plenty of parking spots available. On holiday seasons that might change of course Other things to note 🌊 Beach access: The beach in front of the accommodation has been eroded by climate change and is not suitable for swimming or recreational use. However, it offers a picturesque view of the fishing boats and Cozumel. Depending on global weather conditions—especially between May and August—there may or may not be sargassum. 🔇 Noise: No parties or loud noise allowed, especially between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Some nearby clubs could be heard. $100 USD fine for excessive noise. 👥 Visitors and extra guests: Visiting hours allowed from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm (max. 6 people). From guest number 8, $20 USD per night per additional person is charged. 🚗 Parking: Free, subject to availability. Please provide vehicle model and license plates before check-in. 🚭 Smoking and substances: Smoking (including vaping) is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on terraces with windows closed. $100 USD fine for smoking indoors. Drug use is strictly prohibited. ❄️ Air conditioning: Turn it off when leaving and keep doors and windows closed while in use. 🔌 Long stays: For reservations longer than 28 nights, electricity is charged separately at $3.5 MXN per kWh. 🛗 Elevator: Maximum capacity of 2 people per trip. 👶 Baby items: Crib and high chair available upon request ($100 MXN per night per item). 👕 Laundry: Available at an additional cost.
