Breathtaking sunrises and magnificent starry skies can be enjoyed from the extra long balcony of our South East Corner Oceanfront deluxe unit. Master Suite has access to balcony, 2nd bedroom has beautiful Ocean view, 39" Flat Screen HD TV, Home Theater, DVD/DVR (capable of wireless Hulu, Pandora, Netflix, etc.). For your convenience we offer free wireless internet service, washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided. Refunds: There will be no discounts or early departure refunds due to or for mechanical, plumbing, or electrical failures or breakdowns to any item(s) in the unit or other areas of the common property for any cause. No refunds will be given for inclement weather or condition of the property beyond our control. Guest access You will have access to the entire unit except the owner's closet. Also, the pool and the 2 gas grills and the cabana are for your use. All of the beach stuff you need is in the closet off the dining room. Other things to note - Quiet time is between 10pm-9am - Pool closes at dusk - Please rinse off sand from beach toys and boogie boards before bringing back into the unit.
